That relationship continued throughout high school and college. They stayed in touch through weekly phone calls and visiting one another. After college they both had feelings for one another and started to date a year after they graduated (Fall 2010).<\/p>\n<p>On July 27, 2013, Mike and Kirstin explored the eastern shore, went to St. Michaels Winery, and sailed on the patriot cruise in the evening. That evening they had dinner in the park in Oxford, an awesome little town in Eastern Shore Maryland. Afterwards, Mike proposed to Kirstin while she was sitting at the table.<\/p>\n<p>Kirstin had grown up going to that small park as a little kid and is one her favorites places in the world, which was why Mike decided to propose to her there. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>This was also why Mike and Kirstin wanted to do their engagement photo session at Oxford, especially at the park. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Engaged guy and his fianc\u00e9e sitting on a boat dock laughing.
