After Natali and Nick’s pre-wedding photo session at Old Town Alexandria<\/a>, and another engagement session at Washington DC<\/a>, I had the honor of covering their wedding at the prestigious Tremont Plaza Hotel and Tremont Grand with the ceremony at St. Ignatius Church, Baltimore, Maryland.<\/p>\n

Since this is an all day wedding coverage, it will be split into two parts. This part will cover the getting ready at the hotel and the ceremony at the church. The second part, the reception at the Tremont Grand, will be covered on a different post.<\/p>\n

This picture below was actually after the ceremony, but I loved the two unique moments here: the intimate moment of the bride and the groom, and the cute expression of the flower girl and the ring bearer boy which were brother and sister. They all loved each other don’t they. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Right behind the children were actually their parents. Their Mom was one of the matron of honor and their Dad was one of the groomsmen. There were two maids of honor and two best men. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\"\"\n

But let’s go back to the beginning of the day. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Nick, the groom, and some of the groomsmen showing their rings from when they were in school.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

These were the headpieces of the bride, the flower girl, and the baby of the matron of honor. They were actually taken from Natali’s mother’s wedding dress, which was made by Natali’s grandmother who was a dress designer. Wasn’t that awesome? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\"\"\n

This is the flower bouquet for the flower girl. One of the cutest bouquet I’ve ever seen. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\"\"\n

And here’s the bride, Natali, getting ready \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\"\"\n

Natali’s Mom, helped her buttoning up the dress.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

Jessica, the maid of honor, helped putting on the bride’s jewelry.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

The bride then get to meet her father in the first time in her wedding dress.<\/p>\n\"\"\n\"\"\n

Meanwhile, the groom and the boys were already on their way to the church.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

Nick’s parents were in the limousine as well.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

The groom’s party and family finally arrived at the church.<\/p>\n\"\"\n\"\"\n

This is the “bridge” that connects the Tremont Plaza Hotel to the venue, Tremont Grand.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

Look at this beautiful room, perfect for taking pictures. Guess where this was…. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\"\"\n

It was actually one of the bathroom, or ladies room to be exact, at Tremont Grand! Awesome bathroom, don’t you think? \ud83d\ude42
\nThe floor and the walls are all marbles. Wait till you see the ballroom! But you will have to wait for Part 2 of this wedding post. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

The bride finally arrived at the church as well. You can see a piece of the red carpet below.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

The flower girl must be exhausted from staying up late during the dinner rehearsal and having have to wake up early in the morning to get ready and everything. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

I was there that night to cover the dinner rehearsal, by the way.<\/p>\n\"\"\n\"\"\n

And off they went! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\"\"\n

Check out their awesome wedding reception party, Carnaval Carioca, on Part 2. This is when everyone lets loose and dance to very lively music, generally Brazilian, and people wear silly hats or masks and throw confetti. Very fun!<\/p>\n
