After photographing their gorgeous engagement session at the Baltimore National Aquarium, it’s now another privilege for me to capture Chad and Lauren’s fun filled wedding at the Maryland Yacht Club. The couple decided on the venue because they felt it would be great to do the wedding outside on the water with an amazing sunset. The Club was close by to them and to all of their friends, which was an important concern. Nevertheless, the weather didn’t cooperate and the entire party were rooted inside, but the venue did a good job of keeping everything flowing well regardless. Plus the food was ridiculously good.

Chad, the Groom, had prepared surprise gifts for the children. Tie clips for the boys and a beautiful necklace for the girl.

Although it was officially spring, it was a super cold and windy day and even snowed for a while earlier. However, it did not deter the Bride, Groom, Best Man and Maid of Honor to brave the weather and get the gorgeous outdoor view of the water.
I just love the intimate moments between the Bride and Groom during their first dance.
Lauren and Chad didn’t do the traditional cake cutting, but did a pie cutting instead to signify their love of pies. There were many flavors for the guest to choose upon which were served with delicious vanilla ice cream. The savoury pastries were made by Dangerously Delicious Pies, Baltimore.
Delilah requested the DJ to play a special song, “Let It Go” from the Disney animated movie “Frozen”, so that she could perform a solo dance with it.
