Casey and Todd found me online. Then they found out later that I photographed the weddings of their neighbor’s, and also the wedding of the sister of Casey’s friend! What a small world!
I love the story of how their relationship started. I’m quoting what Casey said here:
“My grandfather and Todd’s grandfather were business friends. Their sons (my father and Todd’s uncle) became best friends and boating buddies. So as we were growing up we saw a lot of each other. Todd is older than me, so he eventually went off to college and we lost touch throughout school. When Todd was in graduate school, my mother and Todd’s uncle teamed up and said we needed to see each other again. To make a very long story short, we went out for sushi one night and that was that! He proposed a year and a half ago in the same parking lot/parking spot that we parked in on our first date. It was raining that evening and we were actually on our way to happy hour… I was so upset his pants were getting wet from kneeling in the rain! I was actually so shocked I snatched the ring and sat on it and kept asking him if he was serious. Not exactly the response he was looking for. Ha!”
Todd wanted to take picture with the Kunta Kinte statue. Casey didn’t want to do it. But I said, “Sure let’s do it”. So Casey finally gave in.
Lol, sorry Casey. 😀
As this engaged couple was having fun on the Main Street, downtown Annapolis, a guy with his dog passed by. Casey couldn’t help but wanted to pet the dog.
So cute! 😀
Casey and Todd have a couple of dogs of their own, Kahlua and Cooper. 🙂
So as we progress, you can see that these two are really goofy and playful. They sure kept me entertained throughout their engagement session. 😀
Crazy and goofy? Wait till you see the rest. 😀
Lol! 😀
Casey and Todd, you guys are too funny!
I can’t wait to see what you guys will do on your wedding! 😀
