After Lisa and Pat’s engagement session, comes the wedding. 🙂
The wedding was on October 2nd, which coincides with another couple whose wedding I photographed just last year, also on Kent Island.
This time the getting ready and reception was on Kent Island, but the wedding ceremony was at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Annapolis, MD.
Lisa and Pat was blessed with a beautiful weather despite the nasty wet weather just 2 days before.
Here’s the beautiful bride Lisa, already in her wedding dress, ready to go to the church. 🙂
But let’s see some behind the scene, the preparations, earlier in the day.
Some decoration preparations for the reception at the house is also underway. Look at these cute, small white pumpkins being used for table number assignment. 🙂
The bride’s awesome shoes…
and the pearl jeweleries…
Putting a beautiful white orchid on her hair… 🙂
Awesome gold shoes for the bridesmaids… 🙂
Putting on a wedding dress is usually not a simple task. Lisa gets help from the maid of honor and the bridesmaids for lacing up and buttoning the wedding gown.
One of the bridesmaid helping the bride putting on the jewelery.
This time, it is the bride’s turn to help putting on a necklace, for her mother… 🙂
Lisa is ready to go! 🙂
And here’s the groom, Pat, happy to see his beautiful bride. 🙂
The beautiful church interior of St. Mary’s.
The flower theme was orchid for the bride’s bouquet and for the boutonnieres.
It’s not over yet, of course.
To be continued in Part 2…. 🙂
